'Walks with Hawks’ is a small business that will be launched early in 2006.

We would like to offer an opportunity to enjoy a day’s walk in the spectacular Welsh mountains and a chance to get up close to, and even handle some of the most beautiful birds in the country. There will be a selection of walks to choose from, each lasting for a few hours in the morning, followed by lunch at a restaurant, or a buffet on the mountain (weather permitting!)

A shorter walk in the afternoon will be included in the price. There will also be stops along the way where you can watch the birds fly, and have an opportunity to handle the birds yourself, and take a picture away as a memory of the day.
There will also be informative talks on habitat, breeding, and past and present uses for birds of prey, plus the history of the area you walk in.
